  • Hub Optimization involves improving the connectivity of services in one or more hubs of an airline.
  • The improvement leads to higher market share in the most important markets and thus more revenue.
  • The process considers constraints at the airport (slots) and by the airline (rotations).
  • A feasible, operating schedule can be produced, and/or opportunities can be found through iterative runs.
